Preferred File Format
Print-ready PDF files are strongly preferred
All fonts should be outlined or embedded
Images must be high resolution (300 DPI at final size for most prints)
Files (excluding billboard) should be built at 100% scale unless otherwise specified
Billboard files should be built at 1/4 scale unless otherwise specified
Include bleed (typically 0.125"–0.25") when applicable
Convert colors to CMYK for accurate print results
File Submission
Upload files as a .ZIP file when submitting multiple files
Clearly label files with your company name and project name
If sending large files, compress them into a single ZIP folder before uploading
Important Notes
Double-check spelling, dimensions, and layout before submitting
Files not set up correctly may delay production
