Upload Instructions

Step 1 :: Pre-press
Before uploading your files be sure that you have read the Pre-press Support information. Once you have completed preparing your files you are then ready to begin uploading them to our servers.

Step 2 :: Log In using Your User ID and Password
You should already have a User ID and Password assigned to you. If you have forgotten your password you may request your password and we will email it to you immediately. If you do not have a User ID and Password please email or call your Associated Posters representative and one will be assigned for you.

* Proceed to the File Upload section of the web site.
* Enter your assigned User ID and Password in the provided text fields.
* Press the "Enter" key, or select the Log In button with your mouse to complete the log in process.
* The "Upload File" screen should now be displayed.

Step 3 :: Select Your File(s) to be Uploaded
* When uploading multiple files we strongly recommend that you Zip your files together and then use our File Upload feature to send one file. This will greatly simplify your effort and allow you to move your package of files to our server in one step.
* If you already know the path and file name of your file enter it in the "File Name:" text box. If you do not know the file name and path select the "Browse" button with your mouse.
* You will be prompted with the "Choose File" dialog box.
* You can now locate the directory containing your file(s) and then select the file to be uploaded.
* Press the "Open" button on the "Choose File" dialog box.

Step 4 :: Upload Your File(s)

* Your file's path and name should now be displayed in the "File Name:" text box.
* Press the "Upload File" button to complete the process.
* Repeat steps 3 and 4 to upload multiple files.
